From concept to creation, the early stages of filmmaking begin with story development—hiring WGA writers, crafting treatments and pitch decks, and assembling the creative package. This is where the vision takes shape, and the foundation of the film is built through narrative and visual planning.

Making It Happen
Pre-production is where ideas take shape. A collaborative phase focused on assembling the team, budgeting, scheduling, securing locations and permits, and exploring brand partnerships. This stage lays the groundwork for production and future distribution.
PRODUCTION
Light, Camera, Action.
Production is where the creative vision comes to life. It’s the phase where directors, producers, cast, and crew unite on set to capture the film. Once shooting wraps, the project moves into post-production, where the footage is shaped into a polished, final product.

Any unsolicited pitches, decks, outlines, scripts, treatments, etc. will be discarded and will not be read. This policy is in place, to avoid any potential misunderstandings if your original work seems similar to a project being made by MobCity Productions™, since many works and submissions are based on true stories in the niche crime genre. Please note, if you choose to disregard this policy and submit materials regardless, you acknowledge that you have read MobCity Productions™
